Dashni Morad is a Kurdish/Dutch singer, presenter, journalist and human rights activist. Having been busy with her humanitarian and charity projects for three years, she is releasing a comeback album with a powerful message to all.

October 2018 – “Re-build and Oxfam invites you to the ‘Celebration of Peace’ charity concert in support of our humanitarian efforts in Rojava & Syria. The night will begin with a VIP Reception with our readers and performers from 17:00 until 18:00. The doors will open for general admission at 18:00 and the event will start at 18:30….”

Jeremy Paxman, Rachel Johnson and Anita Dobson will present readings. Ahmad Al- Rashid, a refugee from Rojava, Syria will give a short talk on his experience of the war and life in the UK.

Trustee of the Refugee Council, Rachael Orr will start the night’s programme with a speech.
